Maintenance Window In Progress: 4:30AM EST - 9:00AM EST 12/2/2017
We will be performing systems maintenance beginning at 4:30AM EST on Sat. Dec. 2 until 12:00AM EST in two windows of 4:30-6:30AM & 7:00AM-9:00AM EST. Please refer to the recent email sent regarding this notification to your account titled "Maintenance Window" followed by the data & time. We expect less than 1 hour for the server affected however, scheduled the window for additional time to resolve any issues that may arise.
If you have received the notification and are affected by this maintenance window, we kindly request that any tickets within this time frame are avoided to avoid causing any delays. Our staff are performing upgrades & are manually verifying all services resume during the process.
NOTE: This maintenance window only affects those who have been notified.

Duration: Expected 1 hour or less
Purpose: Critical systems upgrades (power & network)
Please note, while the maintenance window spans multiple hours, we expect the tasks to take 1 hour or less to complete. After, services will resume as normal. During this time, there will be intermittent limited and/or no connectivity at times. This maintenance window will not require any action on your part and no IP addresses or server settings will be changed.
